Not because I’m currently a highschooler either. What parents and “adults” don’t realize is that guys literally don’t give a crap what girls wear. One time for Halloween my highschool let us wear our costumes and a kid wore a giant dinosaur blow up suit and literally no one cared or was phased by it, at first we laughed but then we focused on our work. Dress codes are helpful to keep a freshman from flashing some guy but they are so tight that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers baseball stitch and mickey shirt it is in the first place but ridiculous rules are such a joke to us, that it keeps us from doing our work because we make fun of how ridiculous it is. I was told when I was 7 that what I was wearing was too sexy for the boys to handle. And that they wouldn’t want to be friends with me.
